I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, but I encountered a mold stain in the bathroom. The room's door also had a security issue as it could be opened from the outside, which was concerning. However, the hotel's location was convenient, close to a pharmacy and not far from the beach. The service was a bit inconsistent, with one encounter being horrendous, while another staff member was super friendly.
The hotel is in a very busy area, making it a bit hard to find, but it appears that the rooms are in need of replacement and require some fine tuning to enhance the overall experience. The old one piece fiberglass shower unit looked like it had been resurfaced. Service was just okay, with brief and unexplained responses encountered. The location is nice and convenient for those traveling to Naples, but the hotel's facilities might not be up to par, which could make this one a no-no for some visitors.
